The company name says it all, but you, the client, influence
what it is you want to be fit for. Physiotherapy is typically
perceived to facilitate the return of essential function to
a level required for the work or domestic role, to be undertaken.
My aim is to provide a service that will achieve the above
and, wherever possible, help you to return to the more demanding
exercise and fitness activities which generate a real sense
of well being. I can’t guarantee a 2 hour 20 marathon
time, but I’m confident that, with appropriate effort
from both Physiotherapist and client, recovery from many musculo-skeletal
injuries/conditions can, often, significantly exceed expectations.
Physiotherapists treat musculo-skeletal conditions and injuries
to muscles, joints and ligaments through natural means, with
the aim of alleviating pain, restoring normal movement and
function and helping to return the body to full health.
Techniques include soft tissue massage, joint articulation,
electro-therapy and manipulation, acupuncture for pain relief
and smoking cessation. Conditions Treated : Physiotherapy
can help with:
- Spinal
and Postural Problems
- Back and Neck Pain
- Sports Injuries
- Muscle Strains
- Ligament Tears
- Tendonosis
- Biomechanical and Overuse Injuries
You will find the fees competitive and all private medical
insurance schemes are accepted with an appropriate GP referral.
