Lyndsay Sherratt - Physiotherapy and Acupuncture at Virgin Active (formerly Esporta) Wolverhampton

My name is Lyndsay Sherratt. I work as a member of the Get Fit Therapy group from Virgin Active (formerly Esporta) Wolverhampton where I practice as a Physiotherapist. I also offer acupuncture treatment.

Below I've written a little about myself and the therapies I offer. If you have any questions or need any free, confidential advice, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Therapist : Lyndsay Sherratt

Qualifications : Snr. 1 Physiotherapist. GRAD. DIP. PHYS., M.C.S.P.,H.P.C., A.A.C.P., HPC No.PH37940, CSP No.47003

Background :
Physiotherapy Service Provider. 20 Years experience in both NHS and Private Sector. Corporate Provider in both Fitness and Business sectors. Registered provider to BUPA & other Private Health Care Providers.

Therapies Provided : Physiotherapy and Acupuncture.

The company name says it all, but you, the client, influence what it is you want to be fit for. Physiotherapy is typically perceived to facilitate the return of essential function to a level required for the work or domestic role, to be undertaken. My aim is to provide a service that will achieve the above and, wherever possible, help you to return to the more demanding exercise and fitness activities which generate a real sense of well being. I can’t guarantee a 2 hour 20 marathon time, but I’m confident that, with appropriate effort from both Physiotherapist and client, recovery from many musculo-skeletal injuries/conditions can, often, significantly exceed expectations.

Physiotherapists treat musculo-skeletal conditions and injuries to muscles, joints and ligaments through natural means, with the aim of alleviating pain, restoring normal movement and function and helping to return the body to full health.

Techniques include soft tissue massage, joint articulation, electro-therapy and manipulation, acupuncture for pain relief and smoking cessation.

Conditions Treated : Physiotherapy can help with:

  • Spinal and Postural Problems
  • Back and Neck Pain
  • Sports Injuries
  • Muscle Strains
  • Ligament Tears
  • Tendonosis
  • Biomechanical and Overuse Injuries

You will find the fees competitive and all private medical insurance schemes are accepted with an appropriate GP referral.

Contact Details : To book an appointment please call reception on 01902 623900 or call 07906 260391 for your free telephone consultation or email me HERE.

Fees: Initial Assessment & Treatment £35.00. Subsequent Treatment session £32.00
